| Rule | Any products that are in their natural form or do not have benzoates in them. READ THE LABELS | Avoid diary products with added natural products that are reactive. Also be on the look out for items that contain SOY or a SOY compound | Most Diary products don’t make use of Sodium Benzoate as a preservative however reading of the label is a MUST |
| Example | Eggs. All types of milk, cream, sour cream and fromage frais. Cheese, ice-cream made with allowed ingredients. | Yogurts with added cinnamon or fruits rich in natural benzoates. Cheeses with spices. Blue and Gorgonzola cheese. items made with coconut milk | Coconut Milk and Soy Milk |
Always remember to read the labels as manufactures and producers could change their recipe and not inform anyone.
