Ingredients
  

  • 400 grams Cake Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Melted Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 250 ml HOT water
  • ½ cups flour for dusting work surface

Instructions
 

  • Add the flour, salt, butter and oil to a heat resistant mixing bowl.
  • Add the water to this biwl. (boiling water is better)
  • Use a butter knife to start mixing the water into the dry ingredients.
  • Continue mixing untill a dough ball forms.
  • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and set aside to cool.
  • Once cool using a roller, roll out roti’s in the isze you wish.
  • Heat a non-stick pan to a high temperature, using some of the butter, and fry the rotis. this takes less thatn a m inute a side.

Notes

you can create a herb flavored oil and baste the Roti’s with this while they cook to add even more flavor.
